2 local residents got the shock of their lives this morning coming home from night shift when they were greeted by a large Stag Deer at 5am in the Church St area of Newry. The PSNI were informed immediately for fear of public safety. Other sightings report the Stag being spotted in the Hill St and Sugar Island areas of the City. An array of steam engines and classic cars rolled in to Greenore Village last night as part of fun packed fund raiser in aid of the Tiny Life charity who support the care of premature babies. There was something for all the family including train rides, music and dancing, museum and model railway displays, classic cars and the beautiful historic steam engines themselves.
